Shipping Overview

Standard Shipping Cost: FREE on all orders.

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Transit Time: 10–15 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 11–18 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations We currently offer free standard shipping to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Modifications & Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately at sales@lahuelenhard.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped (usually within 1–2 business days), we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
Items Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

Damaged in Transit: If your shipment arrives damaged, please inspect the outer box and contents immediately. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your delivery location or with neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us for assistance in filing a carrier claim.
